We can accept and ship an International order. You can place your order online and pay using our payment system that you can choose in the Checkout section.
Kita bisa menerima pembelian dan pengiriman Internasional. Kamu bisa melakukan pembelian secara online dan membayarnya menggunakan sistem pembayaran yang bisa kamu pilih di bagian Checkout.


To making an order is simply, just add your items to cart, click the “add to chart” button and then go to the Checkout section, and next, complete our online order form. Be sure to enter information for all required fields. The next page will be a confirmation page and you’ll receive an email confirming your order from us. Orders placed Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM (GMT +7) will ship in same day.
Untuk melakukan pembelian sangat mudah, tinggal klik tombol "add to cart" lalu buka bagian Checkout, berikutnya lengkapi formulir pembelian yang ada. Pastikan untuk mengisikan informasi dengan benar pada semua isian. Di bagian bawahformulir silahkan klik tombol "confirm" sekali lag. Halaman berikutnya yang tampil adalah halaman konfirmasi pembelian dan kamu akan menerima sebuah email konfirmasi pembelian dari kami. Pembelian yang dilakukan antara Senin sampai Jumat pada jam 10.00 sampai 16.00 (WIBB) akan dikirim pada hari yang sama.

Shipping within the 33 Provinces:
We currently deliver outside of the Indonesia. All shipments are made via Courier Service. Shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight or volume of the items ordered. Please Contact Us for more information on shipping costs. All orders from ENDcidential are processed between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. (GMT +7), Monday through Friday. As long as we receive your order within our processing time and the items that you order are in stock, your order will usually be shipped within 24-48 hours

Please note:
A business day does not include Saturdays,Sundays, or holidays. Example, You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.

3.What products can be Returned ?

CLOTHING
* All items must be unused and include the original packaging
* Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached - no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell
* If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean
* Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged

SHOES
* Shoes must not be worn and must include the original undamaged packaging
* If you plan to return your shoes do not wear them after trying them on
* Boxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them. Use the box were shipped in to return
* Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged

SKATEBOARDS
* All skateboards must be un-skated and in like-new condition
* No skateboard deck is completely guaranteed
* Once a skateboard has been used it cannot be returned or refunded
* Once a skateboard has been assembled, its parts cannot be returned or exchanged
* Endcidential Shop is not responsible for actual deck color and/or dimensions
* Endcidential Shop does not replace broken decks or decks with pressure cracks

VIDEOS
* Videos must be unopened and in original packaging

Defective Products:
You must contact Endcidential Shop within 7 days of receipt of a defective product. Endcidential Shop does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe your product is defective please send it back along with the message explaining the defect. If the product is determined to be defective upon receipt by Endcidential Shop a full refund will be issued. Endcidential Shop will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared defective. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.

Non-Defective Products:
Non-defective products may be returned if the item is unopened and in a condition that allows for resale. Your item(s) must be returned with shipping pre-paid. A 25% restocking fee will apply. Endcidential Shop must receive returns within 14 days of the customer receipt date. Refunds will not be authorized after 14 days. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.

Incorrect Product Shipping:
If Endcidential Shop ships a product other than the product ordered we will issue a call ticket and have the product picked up at our expense. The customer will have the choice of receiving the correct product or receiving a full refund including shipping charges. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.

Manufacturer Money Back Guarantees:
Endcidential Shop does not offer money back guarantees or honor money back guarantees offered by product manufacturers. If you have concerns regarding a product we strongly suggest you contact the manufacturer directly to discuss and purchase products in order to be covered under the manufacturers money back guarantees. Endcidential Shop does not endorse or guarantee any manufacturer product claims.

How to return a product:
YOU MUST CONTACT US VIA EMAIL BEFORE RETURNING AN ORDER. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IF A PRODUCT IS RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging. No partial returns will be accepted. The original packing slip must be included. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. If the product is not returned to us with all of the original packaging, it will be sent back to you. All products will be inspected upon receipt in our warehouse. If it is determined that the product is not in "as-new" condition it will be sent back to you.

Reimbursement of payment:
Please allow a minimum of 72 hours for refunds to be processed and additional time may occur with individual banks. When ENDcidential Shop receives the returned defective product, your money will be refunded in full for the defective product plus the shipping cost. Customers returning non-defective products will receive a refund less restocking fees.

Shipping and Handling:
We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via trusted courier service.
